It is curcial to us to be a positive force driving societal and environmental change. We acknowledge our responsibility and also possibilities as a business to strive towards better solutions for the society and the environment. We are continously evaluating our practices, asking questions with an open mind and improving as we go. Being a sustainable business with a positive societal and environmental impact means building transparency in an often untransparent precious metal market. All our pieces are made in our studio in Zurich, Switzerland.
About 50% of all the gold produced in the world is processed in the jewellery industry. Most of the gold is found in emerging countries with a weak regulatory system or economically poor parts of the world. Human rights and environmental standards are violated during the mining process, therefore it is undeniably crucial to acknowledge one’s responsibility when choosing jewellery.

Quality and Durability
Our pieces are all handmade with greatest care and made to last. Nevertheless the pieces might get scratched or the gold from the gold-plated pieces might wear off. We are happy to polish or gold-plate your pieces again. You can find all the infos about how to take care of your jewellery here
Packaging
All the packaging we use is made in Europe. The shipping cardboard is made from recycled cardboard and the jewellery box is made from FSC certified resources.
Banking
It is important where your money ends up and you won’t be fueling any illicit business without knowing. Therefore we chose a bank following sustainable practices. They display their activities and their code of conduct forbids working and investing in businesses directly supporting the emission of greenhouse gases, industrial agriculture and commodity trading. On the contrary they enable businesses associated with social integration, renewable energy, sustainable agriculture and sustainable housing.
